How to book a flight

1. Step 1

   Search

   Enter where you're flying from and to, your dates and the travellers. We ask the airlines for their live fares, so a search can take up to a minute.

2. Step 2

   Choose your flight

   Compare times, stops, baggage and price, and open the flight details to see whether the fare allows changes and refunds. The airline's full conditions are shown before you pay.

3. Step 3

   Enter the travellers

   Type each name exactly as on the passport or ID they will travel with — airlines charge to correct a name, and some refuse. Add a contact email and phone; your booking goes to that email.

4. Step 4

   Pay — or hold

   Pay the full fare with M-Pesa: approve the prompt on your phone with your PIN. Or hold your seats with the KES 999 reservation fee (non-refundable, a few hours, subject to availability) and an agent agrees the balance with you.

5. Step 5

   You're booked

   We book your seats the moment M-Pesa confirms and email your booking reference and itinerary. Your e-ticket follows once one of our agents issues your ticket. If the airline can't confirm after you've paid, you get a temporary reference and an agent calls you.
