Pay with M-Pesa in Kenyan shillings — or hold your seats with a small fee and settle the rest with an agent.

Enter your Safaricom number
On the payment page, after you choose your flight and enter the travellers.

Approve the prompt with your PIN
M-Pesa sends a prompt to your phone. We never see or ask for your PIN.

Step 3
You're booked
We book your seats the moment M-Pesa confirms, and email your booking reference.
Nothing is booked, and nothing is charged, until you approve the prompt. If the airline can't confirm after you've paid, you get a temporary reference straight away and an agent finishes the booking and calls you.
Not ready to pay the full fare?
Pay a KES 999 reservation fee with M-Pesa and we hold your seats for a few hours, subject to the airline's availability — how long depends on how soon you fly. An agent then contacts you to agree the balance and when to pay it. The fee is non-refundable and comes off your final payment.
Fares in other currencies
M-Pesa charges in Kenyan shillings, so fares show in KES unless you choose another currency at the top of the page. A fare priced in another currency can be held with the reservation fee, and an agent settles the balance with you.
If something goes wrong
The prompt didn't arrive
Check your phone is on and has signal, and that the number on the payment page is the one you pay from. If nothing arrives, close the waiting screen and press Pay again after a few minutes — while your first prompt may still be live we keep waiting on it rather than sending a second, so you can't be charged twice.
I cancelled the prompt or it timed out
Nothing is booked and nothing is charged. Check your M-Pesa balance, then try again from the payment page.
I paid but the page didn't move on
Don't pay again. Your payment is recorded as soon as M-Pesa confirms it; reload the page or look up your booking under My booking with your reference and email — or call us.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds and changes are handled by our agents, under the airline's fare rules. The reservation fee is non-refundable. A booking held with the fee can be cancelled online from My booking.
