Is this a dummy ticket?
It is what many people call a dummy ticket: an itinerary from a travel agency with your names, real flights, dates and the fare on the day. It is not an airline booking or a ticket, and no seats are held. When your dates are settled, book the flights with us and we deduct what you paid for the itinerary.
Will my embassy accept it?
Many consulates ask for a flight itinerary rather than a paid ticket, but each sets its own list. Check your consulate's checklist before you apply.
How much does it cost?
KES 499 for one traveller and KES 999 for two or more on the same itinerary. Infants count as travellers. You pay by M-Pesa.
Does the fee count towards my ticket?
Yes. Book the same route with us and we deduct the itinerary fee from the fare, once. Quote the reference on your itinerary — it starts with T-.
How quickly do I get it?
It is emailed to you as a PDF as soon as M-Pesa confirms your payment, usually within minutes.
What if the email doesn't arrive, or a name is wrong?
Check your spam folder first. Then call or WhatsApp us with your reference: we can correct the email address or a spelling and send it again.
